The summer supper club includes a three course dinner and admission to a private courtyard concert by Freddy Jay. Your ticket includes a chef curated three course dinner to enjoy while you listen to the band. For those wanting an elevated experience, VIP room packages are also available. The VIP package includes a courtyard room at the Downtown Clifton, a bottle of our house wine in your room and dinner for two that you can enjoy on your front balcony while you watch the show below. Freddy Jay is a talented musician, producer and composer who started his music career at a young age. At the age of 4 he started taking drum lessons and by the age of 5, he was playing in church. Self-taught, he began to play the bass, electric/acoustic guitar, and the piano. Jay began writing music in junior high which evolved into performing, creating instrumentals, composing and revising musical arrangements for artists and special events. He creates progressive and textured beats, intimate and harmonic instrumentals, and bold, powerful scores. Dinner Menu 1st Course: Seared scallops on a corn and nopal fritter served on crème fraîche with tomatillo chutney and a Vista Microgreen salad. or Seared vegan scallops on corn and nopal fritter served on vegan crème fraîche with tomatillo chutney and Vista Microgreen salad. 2nd Course: Barbacoa ravioli masa and semolina pasta in a delicate spiced guajillo broth served with fresh chimichurri and cotija. or Jackfruit barbacoa ravioli masa and semolina pasta in a delicate spiced guajillo broth served with fresh chimichurri vegan crème fraîche. 3rd Course: Smore Toasted tequila marshmallow fluff over spiced chocolate ganache and nestled on a mesquite graham cracker.
