F45 Training St. Louis Park is collaborating with Excelsior & Grand Apartments and several local vendors to host a Workout and Pool Party. The workout will take place at the pool area of the E&G apartments at 11am on Saturday August 6th and last 45 minutes. There will be limited capacity for the workout so the residents are encouraged to register to reserve your spot. The workout will be suitable for all fitness levels and will include elements HIIT training as well as flexibility & mobility. After the workout we will chill out by the pool! Bring a friend and lets have a good time!
