Need grass cut and shrub and tree canopy in compliance

I own a lot in the City of Monterey. I don't live in town. I live in another state. Today I received a letter from the city regarding curbing fire risk. I'm attaching 2 images that describe the issue. The lot needs to be brought to compliance: 1) Grass needs to be cut as short as possible. 2) There needs to be minimum 6 feet of clearance under any trees. Shrubs need to be chopped off. 3) Any potential "fuels" (branches, wood etc.) lying around the property needs to be removed.
