Help Removing Debris from a House

A tenant has abandoned their duplex unit in the 95820 zip code, and they have left a lot of debris. The location is very close to the 12th Avenue exit off of Highway 99. We need immediate help removing all of their abandoned debris. This includes a bed, so you'll need a helper and a pickup truck or a trailer that is large enough to haul a bed to the local dump. Altogether, it's probably 4 or 5 hours of work, including the dump run.
