Ferragosto is a time when everyone goes to the country for celebration with family. Literally, the peak of the summer in Italy, where torrid heat inspires easy, refreshing meals. Chef Antonio will teach you how to cook like an Italian while you enjoy a full meal consisting of: Antipasto: Shrimp scampi al vino bianco Primo: Orecchiette pasta con broccolini Secondo: Swordfish in caper sauce Contorni: Fagiolini mistiDolci: Frullato Join us for a pre-class social hour at 5pm at Sala del Vino, where you’ll be greeted with a complimentary pour of our featured wine. Our full wine list is available for purchase throughout the evening. Wine will also be available for purchase should you wish to enjoy a glass of your favorite Villa Bellezza wine during class, or purchase bottles to take home. This cooking class is $85/person. Class size is limited. Your experience includes Chef Antonio's pre-class social hour with wine and appetizers. * A minimum of 10 students are needed for each class. Should we need to cancel a class, registrants will be rescheduled to a new date or can apply their registration fee to a future cooking class.
