This workout will be held next to the store by the big fountain. It will be free of cost, all we ask is that you RSVP and bring your own water bottle + towel/mat. Nate Gonzalez who is from Riptide CrossFit in Fort Lauderdale will be the class instructor. All levels of fitness are welcomed and we hope you come join us for a sweat!
