Hi! This is Cedella and I'm looking for a home that will be able to maintain her and her health. Cedella got diagnosed with Wobblers Syndrome around March, but it's something that I don't have the money to maintain. As of right now, it's not impacting her quality of life. On the lighter notes, Cedella knows all her basic commands like sit, down, stop (walking/running), has a solid recall, and is off leash trained with an e-collar. On the e-collar, her and I communicate her recall with the auditory sound, but she will also recall by voice. She's crate trained, but I don't put her in a crate as she has never destroyed anything in my home, had accidents while I've been away or shown any signs of separation anxiety. She knows what "dog bed" is and typically stays off furniture. I do allow her on the bed at night, but if you ask her to get off, she'll usually stay off the bed all night. Although she does get nervous around new men, she warms up quickly! She's great with other dogs and good around cats too! The most ideal home for Cedella would be with a family with older kids that understand dog boundaries. The same goes with dogs that play too rough with other dogs. As her Wobblers can be painful for, she shouldn't be poked and pulled all the time. There will be a small rehoming fee for her. I plan on getting her vaccinations up to date prior to rehoming her and will work with a family on getting her spayed. I have no issue setting up a spay appointment and doing it before her being rehomed. 9four0-2zero6-2nine8nine
