Kid's Summer Paint Camp @Detroit Book City! How excited we are to host our 1st Kid's Paint Camp session for children, ages 8 to 11 at DBC! Please register here to sign your child up for a SINGLE CLASS. Upon arrival, we put their creativity to great use! Our energetic paint leaders guide them step-by-step as the kids jam out to their favorite music while painting their masterpiece! Did we mention...we pause for games and yummy snacks to let loose and keep them energized? What to bring to the Kid's Paint Camp: We supply the fun 8x10 canvas to paint on and all the painting supplies they need including an apron to paint in. We prefer kids to wear clothes they don’t mind messing up. Acrylic paint washes off skin (and hair) but not so much clothes. Better to be safe than sorry! ​We have limited seating to make sure your kiddos have all the attention they need to complete their daily masterpieces! At the end of session, they get to take their small paint kit, brush and FREE DBC backpack home! ****ATTENTION***** PLEASE BE ADVISE WE ARE NOT HOSTING TUESDAY CLASSES AT THIS TIME. The Tuesday summer sessions for July has been cancelled. Here's the JULY-AUG 2022 Monday schedule for ages 8-11 (effective: July 18, 2022) Tues.~ July 25th @ 12 noon | Tues. ~ Aug. 1st | Tues. ~ Aug. 8th | Tues. ~ Aug.15th Cost: $25 (Advance pay here) -- We will send you a confirmation 24 hours before your session to confirm your attendance as we only have (8) available seats.
