Roof Consulting Services, Inc. (RCS) is seeking an inspection crew helper to join our Field Inspection team. Filling multiple positions. Learn new skills in an interesting and niche field! Potential for growth through our Field Inspection team – working as part of the crew, you can take that time and knowledge and, when properly trained and ready, you can become a Field Inspection Crew Leader, and have your own helper. Potential growth beyond this! Expand your knowledge and gain credits towards testing for your RRO (registered roof observer) and / or your RRC (registered roof consultant). As a part of the field inspection crew, you will be paid bi-weekly, provided daily per diem while traveling, travel expenses paid for (flights, gas, vehicles, etc.). Your schedule will look like: two (2) weeks on, one (1) week off (weekends included in working time). Duties: - Assist in the collection of data including measurements, roof assembly composition information, deficient conditions and roof drain information for commercial roof systems including low slope and steep slope applications - Set up ladders and equipment to access roof and carry necessary equipment - Travel up to 100% of the time - Assist Field Inspection Team crew leader with interior inspections for leaks – commercial retail, office spaces, medical centers, etc. - Assist in the maintenance of survey equipment, supplies, and a company vehicle - Must be able to work in a team environment and on occasion be willing to work independently Requirements / Qualifications: - High school diploma (or equivalent) - Requires valid, clean driver’s license - Ability to lift minimum 50 lbs. - Available to travel for two (2) week periods Contact us at 1-800-637-7109!
