Do not under any circumstances pay anyone who's asking for money before hand because they're "afraid to be scammed".
In reality, they're the pathetic scammers on here.
No matte WHAT it is you're trying to buy, please do not trust these guys that say they need an advance ont he money for their safety. They will disappear after you send it every time.
