Our 68 unit condominium complex in Appleton is looking for a Property Manager for general maintenance, snow removal, and grass cutting. General maintenance includes, but is not limited to, painting, light tree/shrub maintenance, and general duties. This is NOT a direct hire position. We are looking for an independent contractor.
