This pet store is a the equivalent of an exotics puppy mill. They recycle exotics and do so by housing them in cages that are inappropriately small. Her excuse is that it's "like being in a motel; temporary." But animals don't understand being in a motel. They just know that they're in a cramped space where they can't move around as needed by their breed. Chinchillas need to jump, bird need to stretch their wings.... these animals become depressed in the process and then get sold as pets in mood states that make their success to adjust much less likely. If you challenge her opinion about anything on her FB page, she blocks you immediately rather than being able to discuss the issues. Unless you agree with her 100%, you are not allowed to speak. This owner is an animal trader, not a legit, knowledgeable caregiver.
