Make a positive difference every day. www.solarponics.com JOB DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES • Keeps warehouse clean and organized • Accepts incoming product shipments and adjust the storage areas when receiving and getting product ready for pickup • Prepares product for pick-up by verifying location; directing movement to staging area; and resolving problems • Monitors inventory by completing counts as required • Accomplishes distribution and organization mission by completing related results as needed • Forklift driving knowledge and certification (will train and certify) • Ability to operate hand truck, pallet jack and other material moving equipment • Discards trash daily to keep office areas and shops area clear of trash • Assist Warehouse Manager with Equipment Inventory • May assist in delivering equipment to job sites • Fleet maintenance inspections and reporting • Refuel vehicles each morning • Overtime opportunities as required • Other tasks as assigned QUALIFICATIONS • Previous experience working with Inventory analysis • Must have strong analytical and mathematical skills • Ability to count accurately and be detailed oriented • Must be a team player • Must work well unsupervised and be self-motivated • Previous experience operating a forklift a plus REQUIREMENTS: • Must possess a valid CA. driver's license and clean driving record • Must work well unsupervised and be self-motivated • Basic computer skills PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND ABILITIES • Ability to work safely in an office/warehouse environment • Frequently required to walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel • Reach with hands and arms • Lift and/or move up to 90 pounds • Exposure to outside weather conditions • Frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts • Occasionally required to stand; sit; climb or balance; stoop; kneel; crouch; or crawl; and talk; hear • Occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, extreme cold, extreme heat BENEFITS • Ongoing training • Paid time off, paid holidays, paid sick leave • Medical, vision, dental insurance coverage plans • 401K retirement planning
