Chestnut Pointe is seeking part time seasonal help for 192 apartments / townhomes to assist on site team with grounds keeping and light maintenance duties. No experience necessary. Essential Job Functions • Responsible for unsupervised, timely completion of apartment maintenance services in accordance with predefined company and property standards. • Groundskeeper responsibilities such as cleaning, landscaping, pressure washing Skills & Knowledge • Basic written skills and strong oral communication are required. • Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job. • Must be able to provide timely results in a sometimes unsupervised environment.
