Sub-contractors are needed!
We have a few clients that are dropping high volume work for us. This is only for Colorado Springs, you don't have to worry about commuting up to Denver!
Ventry Asset Management is looking for contractors with crew members for the tenant-free housing rehabs we have in the COS area. On average, the scope of work is a broad spectrum to minor plumbing fixes, changing out fixtures, replacing outlet/switches and covers, replacing missing or burnt light bulbs and installing smoke/CO2 detectors per code. Flooring, cabinetry, HVAC, decking and plumbing are included in the scopes, but that could be anything from removal to re-application. Doors and hardware would need to be changed or repaired. It's quite of list of things, but plenty of the line items that come in are minor interior/exterior repairs.
The payment will be check, but if that doesn't work with your situation, we also can Zelle, Venmo and Cashapp for an extended period of time. Payment would be based on completed work and a passing final inspection for full amount to be released, so it's very imperative to have our onboarding paperwork filled and signed to distribute payment.
Please have a valid email so that we can send over the paperwork and get you started ASAP! There isn't training wage or days, we need responses with experienced contractors that has multiple skills under their belt. Remember, the Jack of all trades is a master of none but often times better than a master of one.
