Hi there I'm looking for a studio/office outside of my house. Willing to pay up to $500 a month, maybe a hair more depending on what you can offer. I do a lot of painting, drawing, photography, sewing, and video production. I can't have anywhere with carpet and I'm hoping for less driving, but we can figure that out later. Even a garage could work. I don't do pronoun recitals so kindly don't ask me that.
