pedal steel and telecaster player looking to play with low-key, talented songwriter. got about 2 years on the steel--by no means a pro--but about 15 on the regular guitar. doesn't have to be country. my singer moved! so would love to invest some time and attention to some new material. not too interested in yet another song about how whiskey made you hate your ex...looking for political, angry, sad, happy, transcendental, allegorical, whimsical. ...or at least really good songs about how whiskey made you hate your ex. neko case, guy clark, gram parsons, steve earle, yo la tengo, wilco, gillian welch, sarah shook, rodney crowell, roy orbison, doug sahm, etc.
