Seeking Drummer/Musician to Share WLA 24/7 Lockout Rehearsal Studio Hi -- I'm a drummer who's renting a 10' x 12' lockout rehearsal studio at TK Rehearsals on Cotner Ave. in West LA (just off Sepulveda, between Santa Monica and Olympic Boulevards). As seen in the photos, the studio has my Ludwig drumkit with Zildjian K cymbals, as well as a small Fender PA with two Shure SM58 vocal mics, a Fender Champ guitar amp and a Fender Rumble bass amp. In addition to practicing, I use the room to jam with two or three additional people (4 total), which is fine; any more would not be comfortable. I'm seeking one mature, responsible person to share the studio on a 50/50 basis. Unfortunately, there really isn't room for more equipment, or for a keyboard player. If you're a drummer. you're welcome to play my kit. If you're a vocalist/instrumentalist, you're welcome to use the PA and/or amps. The management of TK has gotten very strict about making sure that the studio stays nice and safe, so whomever I choose will be subject to screening and approval by management. Please note that they are serious about a strict No Smoking/No Vaping policy anywhere inside the studio. The studio is clean, well air conditioned, has a clean bathroom and very easy parking on a 24/7 basis. Please note that there is a common ventilation system, so the rooms are not really soundproof, but this is rarely a problem. In terms of sharing, I tend to use the studio before 5:00 pm, and rarely go at night. Ideally, I'm looking for someone who is more interested in the evenings, but is willing to be reasonable and flexible as things arise. I'm paying $650 per month for the studio on a month-to-month basis. I'm looking for a 50/50 share at $325.00 per month, with a one month deposit of $325.
