Hello. I am looking for a male dog, 6 months or older, that I can train to be my next psychiatric service dog for PTSD. My last dog was amazing he was a Bully but he was also BYB and unfortunately had to be put down due to health complications in march (can provide pictures). I'm only looking for purebred NO BYB of one of these breeds, preferably with papers, but I'm willing to do a Co own if the owner wishes. Unfortunately I can't pay thousands of $$$ but I can definitely do a little more, about $700. American bully (standard/classic or XL) Standard/Moyen poodle Doberman Mastiffs (any kind, I've owned most in the past) Smooth coated Collies (shorthair) GSDs (will be picky) I am willing to do pup back contracts, although the dog will be an SD FIRST. The dog will also be DNA tested through embark. I would like to do some sports or showing in my free time, to keep both the dog happy outside of work and to give me something to do (which is why I would like papers, so I can participate). I am interested in possibly dock diving, agility, obedience, FASTcat, and other things depending on breed. The dog must be people and animal friendly, and be able to focus on the owner more than anything else, and easy to train. I can train most things myself, like I can potty train an outside dog, leash train, commands, positive association, recall training, and more.
