Part time porter/janitor for extra income!

Small business is seeking a long term, part time porter/janitor. Tasks include sweeping and mopping of floors, vacuum carpets, empty trash cans, cleaning of restrooms, restocking soap and towel dispensers, watering plants, weekly trash set out and empty toter (trash can) recovery. Sidewalk sweeping, window cleaning, general upkeep and minor repairs. These tasks need to be performed daily 7 days a week. Work schedule is fairly routine however, vary once in a while depending on the use of our facility. It takes approximately 3 or less hours per day on average to complete the tasks listed. We are seeking 1 or maybe 2 individuals who can share this work to allow for a few days off? We are in Northside and this would be an ideal fit for anyone living in the neighborhood in close proximity to our location. We would prefer these tasks be performed in the mornings when we are closed for business. YOU must be able to be Bonded and Insured. We can cover that cost. Applicants should submit a brief letter of introduction and include hourly and/or salary requirements. We can set you up on standard payroll, or as a 1099 private contractor. Cleaning companies are welcome however, we insist the same people perform the work on an ongoing basis for security purposes. We cannot rotate through numerous individuals. This is a great part time gig for the right individual(s)!
