Applicant should have experience in maintaining buildings and the ideal candidate is one that has worked at an apartment complex or for a property management company. Position is Monday-Friday 8am- 4:30pm. Applicant should be experienced in: • Cleaning • Painting • Caulking • Landscaping & Snow Removal • General construction labor • Apartment Turns • Apartment Trash Outs Applicant must have valid driver’s license, and their own vehicle to transport themselves to and from work.
