Need drywaller/painting/ceramic floor install

We are finishing up the installation of a shower stall in a home. We've completed plumbing and rough-in framing, and need someone who is good with drywall installation and painting. If it goes well, we'd like you to install some ceramic flooring. We have all the materials, and are looking for some help with labor. The job calls for: -about 100 sq ft of drywalling, texture, and paint - about 20 ft of drywall cracks to be textured and painted - 50 sq ft of 1-foot square ceramic tiles with grouting. It's a total of 2-3 days for one person to complete. We are collecting quotes until Saturday, and looking to have work performed on July 26. Work is located near Oates and Broadway in Garland. Highest and lowest quotes will be discarded automatically Looking to accept quote closest to average. We finished 10 homes last year, and this is 7th one this year, so please no nonsense quotes or non-qualified craftsmen... especially those who need to borrow tools or don't have transportation or gas. We provide all materials and will pay you when the job is complete.
