DTG PRINTER OPERATOR

Description

We are seeking a DTG operator/printer to join our current Production Team at our printing facility located in Santa Ana, California. Responsibilities include: -DTG printing using a GTX and GTXPro printer on apparel such as t-shirts and sweatshirts -Pretreating apparel for printing -Applying heat transfers -Using a heat press 　 -Routine machine and equipment maintenance, safe set up and shut down at opening and closing time Other minor or rarely occurring tasks for this position: -Putting away and organizing supplies related to the printing equipment -Keeping the work space clean and clutter free Requirements: -MUST be punctual and reliable. Tardiness is not acceptable in this position (production hours from 7am - 4pm, with overtime available, if desired, during busy season) -Experience operating a DTG machine (such as GT4 & GTXPro) -Must be detail oriented and focused on the task at hand -Must be comfortable using a computer for basic tasks such as navigating websites, reading and responding to emails -Must be comfortable with physical work (standing, bending down to refill humidifiers, pulling levers, lifting piles of shirts from table to table, walking back and forth between machines (about 10 feet total)), -This position occasionally requires lifting and moving boxes weighing up to 50 pounds by hand and with a hand cart/dolly. 30-40 hours/week with overtime possible if desired during busy months. Pay starts at $16/hr DOE.
