JOB DESCRIPTION: We are looking for someone to begin ASAP and work until our season ends in October, possibly November, (weather dependent). Crew members are expected to be available for late nights and weekends. ENVIRONMENT: Energetic and hardworking company. Crew members work alongside our team of managers, assistant managers, and fellow crew members. We are looking for crew members at our beautiful Rockwell on the River location in Albany Park and River North location in the heart of downtown. We are in search of motivated crew members to assist with boat rentals while simultaneously working in a fun and exciting environment. As a crew member, you will work closely with managers to create the best experience for all customers. DESCRIPTION: Greet customers as they arrive Assist in the check-in process. Assist with carrying food and drink to the boat Perform Orientations on how to properly & safely operate the boat. Clean boats between reservations and take out the trash. Keep office and marina clean Miscellaneous tasks to assist in everyday business operations Tying up boats. Charging boats for docking. REQUIREMENTS: - Work weekends and be able to work late hours (Close at 10PM. Closing duties after can take up to an hour.) -Reliable, timely -Good customer service skills -Curious about the boating/tourism industry -Quick learner If offered a position, you will be an ambassador of the Chicago Electric Boat Company.
