Beautiful Silver Cat needs home today!

This beautiful male cat has been at my house for the past couple of months, he showed up as a stray and we failed to find any owners of him, our plans was to take him with us while we moved but we just learned last minute our landlord is only accepting one cat, and our other cat we've had for longer. He's very friendly and social, good with most cats, I've only ever seen him growl/hiss at one male cat before but not at another male cat. He gets along great all the time with females. I have a dog, he's cautious of them but not skittish, with some warming up he'll be fine. Indoor/Outdoor cat but I prefer if he's indoors only, my female cat isn't spayed and he isn't neutered so I couldn't trust to leave them alone at times. I don't know his age but from how playful he is, size, and the whiteness of his teeth my best guess is that he's no older than a year old. Doesn't appear to have any health issues, just needs his ears cleaned and be utd on shots. I am asking a rehoming fee of $50 to insure a safe and loving home for him. He needs to be picked up today, as we're moving out tomorrow and shelters near us aren't accepting cats right now, and it would break my heart to just leave him here. Please help him!
