Tomlinson-Cannon is now hiring for a full-time, year-round, seamless gutter installer. Installer Responsibilities: ● Operator is a full-time, year-round position ● Operate roll forming machinery and assorted hand tools to fabricate seamless gutters ● Work on various pitched roofs and ladders to install gutters and downspouts ● Operate trucks or vans ● Load trucks with tools and equipment ● Clean equipment and job sites ● Ensure all equipment in operation meets or exceeds all safety standards ● Other duties as assigned Qualifications: ● At least 1 year experience installing seamless gutters ● Ability to hand fit and miter corners ● Motivated and self-disciplined ● Reliable and punctual ● Simple math aptitude ● Able to work on roofs and from tall ladders ● Valid driver’s license Our competitive benefits package includes: ● Salary: $19 to $23 per hour depending on experience ● $1,500 sign-on bonus ● Paid weekly ● Monthly incentive bonus ● Overtime pay ● Paid time off ● 401k with company match ● Health insurance assistance ● Advancement potential with pay increases possible in first 3 months If you're a team player, reliable, and hard-working, we want to hear from you!
