LOST/STOLEN DOG. Please help!!!

taken 7/19 at the 7/11 at Cortez and winter st (location on map given). Dog hopped out of vehicle while owner ran into bathroom and was spotted being taken by two old ladies. May have been trying to help but owner is older man who adores his pup and dog is all he has. Goes by Kili. Was wearing blue clup collar, no tags. Please contact me asap if you have any information about his location.
