We are currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for TWO properties located in the Eastside. Full Time and Part Time Monday- Friday * Must have valid Drivers License* Responsibilities include but not limited to: · Maintains a positive relationship with all Residents and fellow Associates to ensure excellent customer service. · Up keeping facility, Painting, turning units, maintain inventory, scheduling and performing repairs in a timely manner, pressure washing, light exterior painting etc · Monthly inspections of buildings and equipment Qualifications: · Must have a working knowledge of all aspects of maintenance, repair and service · Ability to troubleshoot problems and take appropriate action; superior customer service skills; and a great attention to detail · 1+years of hands-on apartment maintenance experience including plumbing, electrical, and appliances required, experience in painting a plus. · High school diploma or equivalent preferred; trade school and/or military training or industry designation a plus. Valid driver's license Pay : $30-37.00 DOE per hour Job Type: Full-time & Part-Time
