We are a high caliber residential Custom Home & Remodeling Company building new homes, additions, ADU's, dormers, basement apartments and other large remodeling projects in and around the Portland area. We also do a lot of kitchens and bathroom remodels. We pride ourselves in quality construction and customer relations and we are looking for the right person to join our family! Searching for an experienced carpenter who is a solid person, reliable, personable and motivated. This person can perform all aspects of building project and is someone who has comprehensive understanding of how a building project comes together. Skills needed include both framer and finish carpentry trades. Someone who understands plan layout, task organization, aesthetic design would do well. A sense of urgency and readiness to complete tasks on time and close a project are fundamental to the job. Being good with customers, vendors, staff, and trade relations is a must. Project planning, budget minded, and forward thinking are also favorable traits. At least 5 years in both new construction and remodeling experience is preferred. The right person can do all phases of remodeling, from demolition to finish.
