Maintenance interior painter at 5 story apartment building. No previous experience is necessary. The job can be full or part time with flexible hours. This position is under the direct supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor. Main duties include painting apartments and routine maintenance when necessary. All applicants must maintain a professional and courteous manner with residents, visitors, contractors and fellow employees. Must have the ability to follow oral and written instructions and be able to maintain effective and cooperative working relationships. All applicants must be dependable, reliable individual and agree to criminal background check.
