Roles and Responsibilities:
Hiring, training, and supervising canvassers
Target market areas for qualified homes
Efficiently market within a designated area for potential prospects
Generate qualified leads with an appointment for the sales department
Requirements:
A positive attitude to deliver a great customer experience
The ability to be reliable and show up to work on time every day
The ability to be part of our team! Maintaining a positive customer service/team attitude
A minimum of 2 years of experience in canvassing/customer service
A valid driver’s license and current car insurance

Personal Monthly Bonuses (Average - $1,500 with top performers bonusing over $6,000) ***
