We are a HOA management company located in Irvine currently seeking an energetic and highly motivated individual to join our Janitorial Team. The ideal candidate for this position must use their own vehicle to travel to local communities, is detail-oriented, flexible and willing to take on routine cleaning and special projects as the need arises. This person will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing our communities’ clubhouses, bathrooms, pool areas, kitchens, and public areas. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Perform general cleanup of community common areas per the contract details and as directed by Supervisor • Manage routine upkeep of common areas, exterior components and parking lots • Complete non-routine cleaning according to specified job orders • Remove garbage, recycling and prepare bins for pick-up • Handle emergency cleaning and upkeep requests • Ensure specific rooms are maintained and fully equipped • Complete non-routine projects according to specified work orders • Notify supervisor of issues related to HVAC system, lighting and indoor climate control, as necessary • Notify Janitorial Coordinator of any vandalism and/or damaged property JOB REQUIREMENTS • 1+ years janitorial experience preferred • High school diploma/GED required • Valid California Driver’s License • Personal vehicle and ability to drive from various locations (eligible for mileage reimbursement at standard IRS rate) • Willingness to work early morning • Ability to work well under minimal supervision • Capacity to take direction • Attention to detail • Physically capable of lifting and moving objects up to 30 pounds as necessary All team members are required to conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
