MAINTENANCE WORKER: PAY RATE: $27.61/HR (WEEKLY PAY) WORK SCHEDULE: 7AM TO 4PM / MONDAY THRU FRIDAY, AND SATURDAYS AS NEEDED JOB DUTIES: *In charge of Performing routine maintenance and completing repairs through out the building/warehouse include, heating and wiring, painting, replacement of light bulbs. *Repairing broken or leaking plumbing to avoid water damage. *Applying preventative measures to the building to reduce the risk of future problems. *Painting the building when old paint has become faded or chipped *Fixing potential safety hazards to avoid injuries *Must have at least 2 years of prior experience *Must be able to pass a Drug Test and Extensive background JANITOR WORKER: PAY RATE: $19.89/HR (WEEKLY PAY) WORK SCHEDULE: 5:30AM TO 2PM / MONDAY THRU FRIDAY, AND SATURDAYS AS NEEDED JOB DUTIES: *Janitor cleans and keeps in an orderly condition working areas and washrooms, or premises of an office and Warehouse. *Sweeping, mopping or scrubbing, and polishing floors; removing chips *Empty out trash can, disinfecting, dusting, furniture, or fixtures; polishing metal fixtures or trimmings. *Providing supplies and minor maintenance services; and cleaning lavatories and restrooms *Must have at least 1+ years of prior experience *Must be able to pass a Drug Test and Extensive background If you're a motivated reliable worker and ready to start please send a TEXT message to JoAnn at 951-206-7288 to receive an application!
