Noise Rock/Post-Punk Guitarist Looking for Musicians With Chops

I'm a songwriter/guitarist that's looking for musicians to complete a band. I write fairly weird, angular rock songs with lots of time changes and have a collection of songs that work well as a live set (I can send links to material upon request). I'm looking for strong musicians with solid gear that can learn these songs, but also contribute new ideas and jump into helping out with the boring administrative stuff of being in a band (e.g. help booking shows, social media posts, general promotion and networking, etc.) I know that stuff isn't fun, but it's necessary to get anywhere and if we divide and conquer we can at least make it bearable! A bit about me - I'm in my mid-30's, have a 9-to-5 job, and have most of my free-time after work during the week or on weekends. I'm looking to play solid shows in Seattle and the surrounding area to build up a following, and above all write and record songs everyone in the group is really proud of. More on what I'm looking for: - Musicians with chops that can learn complex songs, contribute new ideas, but also "play to the song" when needed - You're motivated and easy to work with, take music seriously, and want to put in the work to develop a tight set and grow as a band - Willingness to pitch in with the boring band stuff that's necessary to make progress as a band (see above) - Please be within Seattle city limits or close - As I said, I'm in my mid-30's and it would be great to have people around that age - It would be rad if you've previously been a part of the Seattle/PNW music scene and have relationships with bands, but totally not a requirement
