Bernstein Realty Inc. is an established San Francisco property management company with over 30 years in the business and a variety of residential and commercial buildings. Under the direct supervision of the Property Manager, this position requires delivering exceptional customer service over the phone, via email, and conducting virtual and in-person tours for prospective residents. Additional duties include communicating any maintenance issues to on-site maintenance staff and constant communication with our office leasing staff to coordinate dates and tours. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, and organize workload. This position will work weekends. This job operates in a professional office environment and may travel between apartment buildings within San Francisco, Berkeley, and Burlingame. This role requires self-transportation and routinely uses standard office equipment such as scanners, computers, phones, and photocopiers. This is a part-time position, work hours will typically be Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 3 pm-7 pm, and Saturday and Sunday 11 am -7 pm. Special tours outside of these hours will have to be approved by the Property Manager. Reply with Subject Line "Part Time Leasing Assistant" so we can direct the emails to the property manager.
