Our rapidly expanding Real Estate Management company is seeking a full-time Grounds Person for our property in Kansas City, to be responsible for the upkeep and grounds of our property. The Grounds Person will also perform the cleaning of common interior spaces as well as assisting in preparation of vacant units for occupancy.
If you’re a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who enjoys working in a diverse, face-paced environment, this opportunity may be perfect for you. A successful candidate should have one year of groundskeeper and/or maintenance experience and must have a valid driver’s license.
