Johnson Pools and Spa is looking to fill the role of Spa Technician. This individual will be tasked with troubleshooting and repairing spa problems and addressing customer concerns. The ideal candidate brings previous plumbing, electrical and spa technician experience and is looking to join a growing company. Compensation & Benefits: • $17-$23 per hour based on experience • Healthcare Options • Paid Time Off RESPONSIBILITES: • Accurately diagnose problems or issues related to hot tubs. • Replace jet pumps, motors, circuit boards, some woodwork if needed. • Ability to understand & use an electrical voltmeter. • Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly Maintenance of Hot Tubs. • Chemical balancing. • Informing customers of parts, accessories, or chemicals that they may need to replace or replenish in the reasonably near future along with their respective associated costs. • Hot tub accessory installation. REQUIREMENTS: • Mechanical, electrical and/or plumbing experience is required. • Experience with HVAC. • Previous hot tub technician experience. • Tenacity to find and fix problems. • Valid driver’s license. • Strong organization and communication skills.
