You will be responsible for all upkeep and repair duties including maintaining inside and outside of the building, identifying the need for repairs, maintenance requests, and servicing company equipment. To be an effective maintenance worker you will be skilled and hard-working, with outstanding problem-solving abilities. Skillful hands, good physical stamina, and strong technical knowledge are important parts of the successful candidates’ talents. • Experience knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, flooring and electrical systems • Experience using hand and electrical tools • Ability to read technical manuals and drawings • Very good communication and interpersonal skills
