Property manager in search of a handyman for on-going weekly work. Not a fully time position. Currently have a mix of residential and commercial tenants in Albany and Troy. Misc painting, patch, repair, electrical, plumbing, etc. Apartment turnovers, misc cleaning and such. $30 / hour. Must have your own tools and truck. Room for growth with our company. We are currently pushing for more units in the Albany /Troy area. We will need references and or a background check. If you can handle cleaning, we have a unit rented via Airbnb. Can offer additional hours for cleaning turning over the short term rental unit.
