We are looking for a Boiler Technician to join our team at to oversee multiple apartment communities in Western Mass! Come be a part of a team where we are IN IT TOGETHER! Responsibilities: -Inspection of boilers, pipes and valves for leaks and malfunctions. -Periodic cleaning of the ducts and elimination of limescale or other corrosive deposits. -Repair of the boiler, water treatment equipment or storage tanks. -Install replacement parts of the boiler in case of failure, including pipes and heating elements. Requirements: -Knowledge and experience in Boilers -High school diploma or equivalent -1+ year experience within the multi-family housing industry preferred Benefits and Compensation: - Competitive pay (Up to $30 hourly) - Bonus structure - Paid Time Off - Holiday Paid Time Off - Housing Discounts
