Salem mass page,Someone found 2 dogs and is keeping them if owners don't show up they will be rehomed. No one gave them the right to keep them. I told them to report to authorities or post on Missing Dogs of Mass. They took it into their own hands. They have 2 of the same dos of their own.Wouldn't you think they would try harder to find the Owners. If you know anyone missing 2 dogs.
