We are seeking a LOCAL Maintenance/Handyman person to become a part of our team! You will perform necessary work to keep our property in great condition. .... Apartment Complex located in Boonton, NJ is seeking a Landscaping/Grounds Maintenance person with some experience for IMMEDIATE HIRE. The position includes assisting with the responsibility for the daily care of the complex including but not limited to general interior and exterior maintenance, responding to service requests of the residents and repairs in apartments and common areas. .... • Prior Maintenance experience a PLUS • Must have a valid driver's license & reliable transportation • Undertake duties as assigned or emergency tasks • Perform maintenance and light repairs, including light carpentry, plumbing, electrical • Perform routine landscaping and snow removal on the grounds • Reports directly to on-site Building Superintendent PLEASE CALL 973-334-6202 FOR INTERVIEW
