Position Offered: Part-time Maintenance Worker Start Date: On or about August 15, 2022 Hours: Mondays & Tuesdays, 5:30pm-9:30pm; Flexibility required to cover staff absences on evening and weekend shifts Education: High School Diploma or GED Experience: Relevant maintenance/cleaning experience preferred Compensation: Up to $19/hr Job Summary: The Fort Lee Public Library, serving two culturally diverse communities of over 40,000, seeks a reliable and conscientious individual to join our maintenance team in providing a safe, clean and attractive public building. The qualified candidate should demonstrate the ability to perform a variety of physically strenuous tasks involved in cleaning and maintaining a 31,000 square foot building and grounds, open year round, seven days per week.
