Shepherd mix with brindle coat and red or pink collar seen multiple times July 17-19 near Buncombe/Henderson County line on NC Hwy 9 (July 17) and Shumont Road @ Roaring Rock Road (July 19). Too shy to approach. Couldn’t get close enough for photo.
