Need space to photograph will barter

Hi, (willing to barter, goods/services/time/teach for place to photograph a few times a week) I have lived in Charlotte for 6 years and lived in Steele Creek for five years. I was hospitalized with a bad case of Covid and had several issues that I'm still dealing with now. My issue is that I went through my saved money living in an extended stay after Covid. I just so happened to move into an extended stay which was suppose to be very temporary right before getting it. Additionally, I was without a vehicle for a while so it just created several issues that have left me homeless. To be honest I was staying in my storage in which I was able to somewhat do my business during that time but now I'm staying in my vehicle in which I rent it at $35 a day. I'm currently doing deliveries because my reselling income has slowed since having no where to photograph. So here is my ask: I'm not asking for anywhere to stay. I just need somewhere to photograph three times a week if possible but I'll take less. What I need is just a place to put a command strip hook, my mannequin and ring light. I just need to be able to photograph and that's it. I am hoping someone see this and would consider. I can prove that I am professional reseller, I am also licensed real estate agent and deliver/uber driver which shows I have had background checks run to the fullest. I do not have a criminal record, a drug issue or anything of the sorts. I am a 44-year old woman who just found herself in a predicament. I'm hoping to find someone that will allow me to use their garage, a space in a church, a space at their business etc. If you are interested in learning how to resell, I can also teach you as a fair trade. I need somewhere maybe from 4 to 8 weeks I can depend on coming to. Unfortunately, I cannot offer payment at this time but am willing to barter with time, services or goods. Gas is soooooo high so I'm hoping to be somewhere near Steele Creek or general southwest Charlotte area.
