Evers Construction & Realty has an immediate full-time maintenance employment opportunity for several of our local, rental properties. We are seeking an energetic individual with a strong work ethic. A part-time position will be considered. Wage is based on skill set.
Must have prior experience in most of the following areas; minor electric, plumbing, carpentry, painting and appliance repair.
Job qualifications:
Prior maintenance experience.
Have longevity with past employment history.
Valid driver's license.
Complete an employment application and submit to a background check and drug screen.
Excellent verbal communication with our residents and staff.
Ability to successfully multi-task in a busy, time sensitive environment.
Self-starter and highly productive.
Complete work orders & monitor results.
Rotating on call.
