Description

Handle physical demands, including standing, bending, pulling, pushing, climbing and lifting at least 50 lbs. Groundskeeping, mowing, weed eating, spraying round up. Picking up limbs and palm fronds as needed. Clean docks weekly or as needed. Laundry areas kept tidy. Painting old, chipped or faded areas on buildings and rentals. Install locks on buildings. Replace light bulbs. Repair broken sinks, toilets, and other plumbing equipment. Handle necessary repairs and maintenance. Follow written and verbal instructions. Clean and prepare rentals for new tenants. All company tools must be kept in shed. All other jobs, ask as needed. ALL APPLICANTS MUST PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK FIRST
