A small high-end, family-owned construction company is looking to add to our team. Our company specializes in new construction and remodeling with a focus on custom woodworking. We are seeking a candidate looking to get started in the industry or hone their skills. Basic knowledge of tools and carpentry is a plus but not required. Initial Job Duties/Requirements: - Able to lift up to 50lbs. - Able to take direction and work as a team. - Professionalism and courtesy on all job sites. - Proper care of tools and materials. - Focus on tasks while having an awareness for safety. - Able to learn and adapt new methods and/or products to meet our client’s needs and expectations. - Valid Driver’s License Candidates would be offered between $15-$17/hour to start depending on skill. 1099 and more experienced candidates are welcome to apply and will be considered for additional salary based on experience. Hours are Monday-Friday from 8am-4:30pm. Typical work week is 40 hours per week with limited overtime when necessary. Transportation from the main shop in Swissvale to the job sites will be provided.
