The JCC and the JCC Preschool is looking for a General Maintenance Tech From $14 an hour Job details: Full-time Qualifications: • Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred) • Driver's License (Preferred) Full Job Description: We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Tech with at least six months to a year experience. Applicants must be available to work 6-8hrs. per day and occasionally a few hours on Saturday. Must have reliable transportation. Must be able to lift more than 50lbs. Must have knowledge in general maintenance, replacing fixtures, carpentry, plumbing, painting, using hand tools and power tools, pool maintenance and minor electrical work. As well as addressing immediate operational and/ or safety concerns on complex. Other duties include but not limited to standing for long periods of time, lifting, squatting, climbing up and down ladders, walking throughout the complex, as well as other assignments required by the director. Opening and closing for events as needed. Must pass Criminal background/ FBI check and Drug test. Position available as soon as possible.
