I NEED A RELIABLE HANDYMAN with PROFESSIONAL APPEARANCE AND ATTITUDE. YOU MUST HAVE Your OWN VEHICLE AND TOOLS. I am looking for a Jack of All Trades, I do not need someone who does JUST Painting or JUST Electrical or JUST Plumbing...You NEED to have all the skills below. I am not interested in sending 3 people to do the work of 1 person. MUST HAVE experience in ALL the following: PAINTING PLUMBING (Toilet Install, faucet changes, etc.) Not major repair or replacement ELECTRICAL (GFI install, Ceiling fans, etc.) Not major rewiring DRYWALL TILE INSTALLATION This is paid per job and you will be 1099 so I will need a W9, also pass background.
